The best idea I have seen at a wedding

At almost every wedding I go to, I see a Fujifilm Polaroid with a basket of film in the reception with barely anyone using it. So I highly recommend asking one of the wedding party to be in charge of this.

The best idea I have ever seen at a wedding is the bride asked her maid of honour to be in charge of a Polaroid for the entire day. They had purchased a Polaroid album from Etsy that has slots in. You can get these to match how many packs of film you have. Throughout the day she took a few photos of each part of slotted them into the album in chronological order. When I was off having my meal, she went around every table and got a group photo of each. At the end of the day she then gave it to the couple, which meant they instantly had an album from start to finish with a personal and fun perspective to the day.

I had a look at this album and was so impressed she had literally captured every element of the day from the ceremony to the cake cut. She had not missed anything. I thought this was extremely special and something I will be doing when I am a guest at a wedding, and at my own wedding.
