The role of a photographer is to document, tell a story and to capture that fleeting moment in time. We spend hours crafting and fine tuning our work so that people are not forgotten. Bringing those images to life through print is the finishing touch.

Recently I have been packing away boxes ready to move house when I stumbled across 100s of unorganised prints. I quickly ordered some 6x4 albums to surprise my family with. I spent hours slotting in the memories from holidays growing up or important birthdays. Lots of images contained people that we have lost over the years. I then presented it to my mum and dad, the tears of joy on their faces when they looked back at moments that had faded in their memory. Every day since they have looked at this album, it has really grounded the importance of printing physical images.
